Course Description
This course
introduces the Java programming language and how to develop Java applications
using JBuilder. Students will learn the syntax of the Java programming language,
object-oriented programming using Java, exception handling, file input/output
(I/O). The students will also be exposed to dynamic programming in java which
includes Sockets, HTTP Processing, RMI, Servlets, Java Beans and Java Server
Pages. During the course, students will develop and test Java applications using
Weblogic JBuilder IDE, the application server of choice is Weblogic
Application Server.
